The cutout dimensions for the Valterra City Water Inlet # A01-2001VP need to be 5-1/2" Wide x 3-1/2" High. It states this on the back of the packaging. However, the raised section in the middle at the back measures about 5-3/4" x 3-7/16" so your cutout may need to be a little larger.

I can definitely understand not wanting to re-size your current 2-1/2 inch hole, but the smallest size hole that will allow a 30 amp rv power inlet is 2-1/2 inches in diameter, so that would be the smallest hole size you would need. For that you would need the following Furrion inlet:
